Flowers to brighten the Caregiving Space

Flowers to brighten the Caregiving Space

I’m back! I hope you missed me. I took two weeks off to take care of my mental health. I wanted to share that I have enjoyed restful moments of doing nothing and sitting on the patio. Enjoyed most was seeing the flowers and vegetable flowers that are growing and blooming in my yard.

Did you know flowers in the caregiving space can brighten one’s mood and mind and rest your mental health? The beauty of it all was the silence and peace. Flowers communicate and bring to light the beauty of life. It is important to give flowers while we live.

As a caregiver, you are blooming where you are planted. So today, view your flower garden. Bring some flowers in the house so your care recipient can enjoy them. Today, I am sharing my morning glories with you.

From Your Proactive Caregiver Advocate, peace and lots of flowers.
