I had the honor of working with Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman while she provided academic counsel and motivational support for thousands of university students in an online community setting. She was able to transcend the medium, inspiring people from all over the world with not only her words of encouragement and wisdom but also her passion for education and her compassion for the lives of others. She is one of those rare individuals that can both motivate and educate at the same time, a true leader in every sense of the word.
I can’t say enough about how great it was to have Dr. Cynthia J. Hickman as our Keynote speaker for the BSN graduating Nurses. The presentation and the speaking style were engaging and packed with interesting information for the new graduates going into the workplace. The students loved her, definitely one of the highlights of the event. Her high energy and enthusiasm were amazing. We would love to have her as a speaker again.
